Double Shaka LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. In addition, we use tools to collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses used to connect your computer to the Internet and web site session information, including page response times, length of visits on certain pages, and page interaction information. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Tools include Google Analytics (see Privacy Policy), FareHarbor (see Privacy Policy), and MailChimp (see Privacy Policy). Each entity has its own privacy policy separate from Double Shaka LLC.

Aqua Park Rules

  • Every guest must have a signed waiver on file to play.
  • Every guest must wear a Double Shaka PFD that is fit checked and buckled at all times.
  • If a guest is under the age of 18, they must present a signed waiver from their legal guardian.
  • Every guest that is younger than 7 years old or 45 inches tall must have an adult 18 years of age or older with them within arms length the entire time they are on the water.
  • Life Guards must be obeyed at all times. Violators will be asked to exit the park
  • No swimming under the attractions for any reason.
  • No head fi rst sliding or diving
  • Flips and tricks ARE allowed and should be performed at your comfort and ability level.
  • No jewelry, hair clips, selfi e sticks, or any sharp objects allowed on the equipment
  • If you lose an item in the water, you CANNOT dive to retrieve your item.
  • The park is not responsible for any personal items that are lost , damaged, or stolen.
  • No roughhousing or pushing ● Expectant mothers are not advised to play on the park.
  • We are a family venue, so wardrobe should be mindful of that. ○ Swim wear and clothing that is revealing (for example, thongs and G-string bikinis), has vulgar or offensive images, or otherwise inappropriate for the environment is prohibited.
  • No profanity…We are a family attraction.
  • No access to the water park while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violators will be asked to leave the attractions.
  • No food, drinks, gum, or candy are allowed on the park.
  • Do not drink the lake water.
  • More detailed rules will be provided during your Safety Briefing.
  • Public harassment of any members of our staff is not acceptable, and results in immediate ejection of the park.
